We’re so excited to bring you the magical Maileg Autumn Winter 2025 collection! Here’s everything you need to know before placing your preorder with us.

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your items. This means your beautiful Maileg pieces are safely reserved just for you.

​

When will I get my goodies?
Maileg’s A/W 2025 collection is expected to start arriving from around September to December.  Each item may have a slightly different arrival date. We’ll keep you updated along the way, and if anything changes, we’ll be in touch. If your order includes a mix of preorder and in-stock items, we’ll usually hold everything until your preorders arrive so your treasures can ship together. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, just let us know—there may be a small extra postage charge.

Can I change or cancel my preorder?
Once placed, preorders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed, so please double-check your choices before checking out. If for any reason we can’t supply an item (very rare, but it can happen with global collections), we’ll of course refund you for that item.

Checking your delivery:
We always recommend opening your parcel as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know within 48 hours so we can help.
